Required Inclusions

Please include the following with your completed application form:
- Certified Copy of Final Grade 6 Report for 2019
- Certified Copy of Unabridged Birth Certificate
- Passport Size Photograph attached to the top of page 3 of the Application Form
- Printed WCED online application

School Fees 2020

Fees may be paid in one of the following ways:

One payment of R41, 622.00 representing a R1, 350 discount on the annual fees if paid by 29 February 2020;
One payment of R42, 972.00 if paid after 29 February 2020;
Ten monthly payments by Debit Order of R4, 297.20;
Twelve monthly payments by Debit Order of R3, 581.00;
Four quarterly payments of R10, 743.00 payable at the start of each term;
10 or 12 monthly direct payments at the beginning of each month.

Admissions

Grade 8
- Only Students currently in Grade 7 may apply to enter Grade 8 at Westerford
- Grade 8 application forms are available from the front office from 15 January 2020
- Open days: 18, 19 and 20 February 2020 from 15:15 - 17:00
- Information session: Monday, 24 February 2020 at 19:00
- Closing date for Grade 8 applications: Tuesday, 17 March 2020
- NB: We will not accept any Westerford applications if the printed online WCED application form does not accompany it
Grades 9 to 11
- Applications for Grade 9 to Grade 11 in 2021 - application forms will be available on request from 13 August 2020. Please email Mrs Berry on admin@westerford.co.za to request an application form. A hard copy form will need to be returned to the school with required attachments
- All admissions requests for Grades 9 to 11 will be enqueued in a waiting list and should a position become available you will be contacted as soon as possible
Grade 12
- Westerford does not take on new students into Grade 12
