Admissions: Grade 9 – 11

Applications for Grades 9 – 11 in 2024, will be available online from Monday, 24 July 2023.

2024 Westerford Fee Structure

Fees may be paid in one of the following ways:

One payment of R51, 698.00 representing a
R1, 350 discount on the annual fees if paid by 29 February 2024;

One payment of R53, 048.00 if paid
after 29 February 2024;

Ten monthly payments by
Debit Order or EFT of R5, 305.00;

Twelve monthly payments by
Debit Order or EFT of R4, 421.00; 

Four quarterly payments of R13, 262.00
payable at the start of each term;

10 or 12 monthly direct payments at
the beginning of each month.

Available Payment Options
  • Electronic Funds Transfer
  • Debit/Credit card (card machine available in the Finance office, for those who would like to earn their points)
  • Direct cash deposits into the school’s account at any Standard Bank Branch. We do not accept cash at the finance office.
  • Debit Order (initiated by the school) / Stop order (initiated by the parent/guardian)

Debit Orders

As Debit Orders need to be uploaded before the 25th of each month, any changes must be made before that date. Debit Orders are put through parents’ / guardians’ bank accounts on the last working day of each month, starting on 31 January 2024. Debit Order forms may be collected from the Finance office or can be downloaded from the website at the button located above.

School Fee Exemptions

Parents / Guardians who feel that they are unable to pay their full fees should make application for a Fee Exemption form as soon as possible.  Application forms will be available from Ms Judy Hesom, from 17 January 2024.  All applications are treated in the strictest confidence, but are only considered if there is a full disclosure of all income. Applications will close on 29 February 2024.
