Admissions: Grade 8 2027

Applications for Grade 8 in 2027, will be available online from Tuesday, 10 March 2026 via the WCED Admissions Portal.

Admissions: Grade 9 – 11

Applications for Grades 9 – 11 in 2026, will be available online from Monday, 4 August 2025. You will need to complete a transfer application via the WCED Admissions Portal.

2026 Westerford Fee Structure

Fees may be paid in one of the following ways:
NB: The below amounts include the Annual Capital Levy of R2400

One payment of R61, 450.00 representing a
R1, 350 discount on the annual fees if paid by 31 January 2026;

One payment of R62, 800.00 if paid
after 31 January 2026;

Ten monthly payments by
Debit Order or EFT of R6, 280.00;

Eleven monthly payments by
Debit Order or EFT of R5, 710.00; 

Four quarterly payments of R15, 700.00
payable in advance at the start of each term;

10 or 12 monthly direct payments at
the beginning of each month.

Available Payment Options
  • Electronic Funds Transfer
  • Debit/Credit card (card machines available in the Finance office, for those who would like to earn their points)
  • Direct cash deposits into the school’s account at any Standard Bank Branch. We do not accept cash at the finance office.
  • Debit Order (initiated by the school) / Stop order (initiated by the parent/guardian)
